共同点:althugh 与thugh同义,一般情况下可以互换,不能与but, hwever 连用,但可与yet, still 连用。而且可以转换成but引导的句子。eg:Althugh/ Thugh he is very tired, he is still wrking. = He is very tired, but he is still wrking. 虽然他很累,但是他仍然在工作。
不同点:(1)even能和thugh搭配,但是even不能与althugh搭配。 even thugh = even if “即使……,纵然……”。eg:Even thugh he can affrd a new car, he culdn't buy ne. 即使他能买得起一辆新的小汽车,他也不会买一辆。(2)thugh作副词时,意为“然而,可是”,放在句尾。不能与althugh互换。 eg:Our team lst. It was a gd game, thugh. 我们队输了。不过这是一场好的比赛。
