写建议信

   一般而言，建议信属于半开放性作文，大多要求我们根据所给的材料给出有针对性的解决办法或者提出合理建议。写作时要注意：

一、写作指导

建议信的结构

建议信一般采取“三段式结构”，通常以firstly，secondly，thirdly或to begin with，then，later等依次陈述建议。

1. 首段：表明写作意图，陈述事由，简单介绍自己的观点，注意语气。

2. 主体段落：应该首先肯定对方的优点，然后再写需要改进的地方或针对具体情况提出具体建议或忠告。

3. 结尾段：对提出的建议进行总结，要注意表达方式，使对方容易接受。

二、写作模板

1. 段首常用语：

(1)I am writing to express my views concerning...

(2)You have asked for my advice about... and I will try to make some suggestions.

2. 表达“建议”常用语：

(1)I think the most suitable... for you is...

(2)I would like to suggest that...

(3) You'd better.../It's better to...

(4)As far as I am concerned.../In my opinion...

(5) For one  thing..., for another...

      (6)If I were you, I would...

      (7)It seems to me that you could...

      3. 段尾常用语：

      (1)I think it would be more beneficial if you could...

      (2)I believe you will take my advice into account/consideration.

      (3) I hope you will find these proposals/suggestions practical/useful/helpful.

      (4)I will be more than happy to see improvements in this regard.

      (5)I will be ready for further discussing this matter into details.

三、实战演练

高三学生面临着沉重的学习压力，很多学生利用课间休息时间不停学习，但实际上这会影响课堂听课效率。假如你是高三年级的学生李华，就此现象给中学生英语报社写一封信，发表自己的看法。信的内容须包括以下要点：

    1.课间休息很必要(说明理由)；

    2.你是怎样利用课间休息时间的。

    注意：

    1.词数100左右；

    2.信的开头和结尾已给出(不计入总词数)。

I'm_a_Senior_3_student_from_No.2_Middle_School.  As is known to all, Senior 3 students are suffering heavy pressure of study. As a result, many students are trying to spare every minute to study, even during the ten－minute break between classes.

In my opinion, taking the ten－minute break between classes is definitely necessary, which makes us relaxed both physically and mentally. The ten－minute break is meant for us to relax and prepare for the next class. Only by doing so can we have more energy to study effectively in class.

My ten－minute break is always pleasing as well as relaxing. Sometimes I do some simple exercises. Sometimes I have a free chat with my classmates or just take a walk outside. Therefore, I always feel energetic and listen attentively in class.
