      In the past twenty years, scientists have learnt a great deal abut sleep and dreams. They have discvered, fr example, that sleep and dreams affect the way peple feel.
      A gd night sleep, generally, makes a persn happier in the mrning.
      Dreams als have a strng effect n the mds f peple. Hwever, wh appears in a dream is mre imprtant than what happens.
      Every persn has a special dream character. If the special character appears in dreams. Peple are happier after sleeping. If there are many peple in ne's dreams, this has a gd effect. A persn will wake up happier.
      The feelings f peple affect their perfrmance thrughut the day. The level f ne's mds rises and falls during the day. The less sleepy the peple are, the better they perfrm, and usually they are mre friendly and mre clear-thinking.
