形容词和副词有三个比较等级，即：1. 原级（Psitive frm），也就是原形。2. 比较级（Cmparative frm），表示“较……”或“更……”的意思。（用于两者之间比较）一般是在原级后面加er，等同于中文的“更…”。3. 最高级（Superlative frm），表示“最……”的意思。 （用于三者或三者以上的比较）一般是在原级后面加est，等同于中文的“最…”。
形容词副词的原级\比较级\最高级
①直接加 -er 或 -est

②以不发音的字母e结尾的单词直接加 -r 或 -st
③以“辅音字母+y” 结尾，把y变为i，再加 -er 或- est

④重读闭音节（末尾只有一个辅音字母） 双写辅音字母再加 -er或 -est
⑤部分双音节词和多音节词 分别在原级前加mre构成比较级和mst构成最高级

1. 同级比较 基本结构as ... as ... 意为“和……一样”。
① Peter is as tall as Tm.
一、形容词和副词的原级
他和他姐姐/妹妹一样努力工作。
② He wrks as hard as his sister.
比较级用于两者（人或物）之间，表示“其中一个比另一个更……”或“较……”，基本结构：比较级＋ than。
① China is much lder than the United States.
我们必须比从前更谨慎地工作。
② We must wrk much mre carefully than we did befre.
强调比较级的比较程度或语气时，形容词比较级前面可以由much, even, far, a little, a bit, a lt等来修饰。
二、形容词和副词的比较级
* “比较级 + than any ther + 单数可数名词 + 其他” 表示“比其 他任何一个……都……”。该结构可与“the+最高级”相互转换。
Qmlangma is higher than any ther muntain in the wrld.= Qmlangma is the highest muntain in the wrld.
珠穆朗玛峰比世界上其他任何山峰都高。( = 珠穆朗玛峰是世界上最高的山峰。)
* “比较级 + and + 比较级” 表示“越来越……”。
① The earth is getting warmer and warmer.
② Wind blws up bags higher and higher in the sky.
风把袋子吹得越来越高。
* “the + 比较级 + …, the + 比较级 + …” 表示“越……， 越……”。
① The busier he is, the happier he feels.
② The faster yu run, the harder yu breathe.
你跑得越快，呼吸就越困难。
* “数词 + times + 比较级 + than” 表示“……是……的几倍”。

大象的体重是熊猫的十倍。
最高级用于三者或三者以上（人或物）的比较，表示“最……”,基本结构: the + 最高级 (+ f / in) ... 。
