      Tday we’re ging t intrduce a ppular time-management methd called the Pmdr Technique. It was invented by Francesc Cirill in the late 1980s. The methd is named after the tmat-shaped kitchen timer he used when he studied in Rme. “Pmdr” means tmat in Italian, which is a cmmn ingredient in Italian cking.
      The methd is pretty simple. First, chse a task and set a timer fr 25 minutes. During that time, stay fcused and avid checking yur phne r emails. When the timer rings, yu’ve cmpleted ne “Pmdr”.
