I feel yur pain. When I was in schl, I was very verweight and had a really hard time. I felt s lw abut myself at times. And I knw, fr girls that can be even harder. I'll share what helped me and maybe it can help yu t.
When I was abut 13 years ld, I discvered an after-schl drama (戏剧) club. I was gd at drama and it brught me ut f my shell (突破自我). I learned I had gd qualities (素质). I culd feel prud (骄傲) f myself and lve myself, n matter what I lked like. After that, my cnfidence (自信心) helped me ut at schl t. Peple started t see there was mre t me.
