A challenge is a situatin that tests yur abilities. It needs hard wrk and curage t get thrugh. Challenges cme frm many surces, and knwing where they cme frm is the first step tward dealing with them well.
The surces f challenges are ften tw-part: external (外部的) and internal. External challenges cme frm the wrld arund yu. Fr example, mving t a new schl, getting used t new study methds, r facing mre cmpetitin frm classmates. Unexpected things, like sudden exams r grup prject pressure, can als be external challenges. Internal challenges cme frm yurself. They might be nt having enugh skills, nt knwing sme knwledge, r feeling frightened and unsure abut yurself—these things can slw dwn yur prgress. Often, the hardest challenges mix bth external pressure and internal wrries.
Successfully managing challenges requires a step-by-step methd. First, lk at the situatin clearly and hnestly. If a challenge feels t big, divide it int small, easy-t-d tasks. Fr example, instead f being uncnfident with a big prject, fcus n cmpleting the first small research. Secndly, actively lk fr resurces (资源) and supprt. This culd be abut learning new knwledge thrugh study, imprving skills with practice, r depending n the guidance f teachers and the encuragement f friends. Having peple t supprt yu gives nt nly useful tips but als curage and strength. Finally, build resilience. Setbacks (挫折) are a certain part n the path t any meaningful gal—they might make yu feel dwn. The key is t stand up again, learn frm what went wrng, and keep mving tward yur gal.
In shrt, challenges are smething yu can’t avid, and they’re necessary fr grwth. By understanding where they cme frm, designing a strategic plan, and sticking t it withut giving up, yu can turn difficulties int chances t becme better—bth in yur studies and persnal life.

Health care has high hpes fr artificial intelligence, but new studies warn: simply handing dctrs AI tls des nt guarantee better care. In fact, the sftware is already beating physicians at sme tasks, while dctrs remain unsure hw much t trust it. The way frward, researchers argue, is a clear divisin f labr instead f frcing man and machine t duble-check every case tgether.
Three mdels are emerging. In the first, the dctr still talks t the patient, takes the histry and examines the bdy. A Harvard-Stanfrd study shws why this rder matters: when AI tried t interview patients directly, its diagnstic (诊断的) accuracy fell frm 82% t 63%, a prf that natural cnversatin and the art f knwing which fllw-up questin t ask remain human strengths. Once the clinical data have been gathered, the algrithm (算法) steps in, using rapid pattern recgnitin t suggest pssible diagnses.
The secnd mdel reverses the sequence (顺序). AI screens the charts first, lists likely disease and prpses treatments. OpenAI’s latest mdels scred highly n cmplex case studies in 2024, displaying an almst talent fr linking symptms t evidence. The physician then reviews the list, adjusts drug dses fr kidney failure, chses the inhaler (药物吸入器) the patient’s insurance will pay fr, r decides a scan is unnecessary — tasks that demand scial cntext and experience.
The mst extreme idea is cmplete separatin. Algrithms read nrmal chest X-rays r lw-risk mammgrams alne; radilgists (放射科医生) step in nly when smething lks suspicius. A Danish system crrectly identified rughly half f all nrmal chest films, and a Swedish trial f 80,000 wmen bsted breast-cancer detectin by 20% while cutting radilgist wrklad almst in half. Such setups culd relieve the wrldwide shrtage f imaging specialists and bring rapid screening t rural clinics where n expert sets ft.
Whichever mdel is chsen, hspitals must decide wh carries legal respnsibility, regulatrs must set safety threshlds (门槛) and medical schls must teach future dctrs when t trust their wn senses. If these questins are answered early, the prmise f AI — earlier diagnsis, wider access, lwer cst — can be delivered withut cmprmising the human cre f medicine.
32. What des the Harvard-Stanfrd study reveal?
A. Dctrs ver-rely n AI t gather clinical data.
B. AI is better than dctrs at taking medical histry.
C. AI’s direct patient interviews lwer diagnstic accuracy.
D. AI’s pattern recgnitin wrks best in patient interviews.
33. What can we infer abut the dctr’s rle in the secnd mdel?
A. Dctrs duble-check every AI suggestin.
B. Dctrs mainly cllect initial patient data.
C. Dctrs are being replaced by AI.
D. Dctrs cncentrate n tasks requiring human judgment.
34. Which best reflects the passage’s structure?
A. Present an pinin → Intrduce mdels → Offer slutins.
B. Argue against AI → Give cunter examples → Predict AI’s future.
C. Intrduce AI’s ptential → Cmpare human-AI skills → Warn AI’s risks.
D. Explain human-AI cnflicts → Analyze AI’s limits → Call fr dctr training.
35. What is the suitable title fr this passage?
A. AI Tls in Medical Care: Wh Wins?
B. AI Tls in Medicine: What Their Risks Are?
C. AI in Hspitals: Hw t Imprve Diagnstic Accuracy?
D. AI in Healthcare: Hw t Find the Right Cperatin Mdel?
