Beijing’s Central Axis (中轴线) has begun a new chapter as it is nw part f the UNESCO Wrld Heritage List (联合国世界遗产名录), marking China’s 56th site. The Central Axis is a centuries-ld example f Chinese city planning and architecture (建筑).
