      2025 届高考英语读后续写句型练习(三) 状语句型(形容词,副词,状从作状语)形容词(短语)作状语:表明主语所处的状态。句型一: 主谓……,+形容词(短语)1. 埃里克终于爬上了山顶,饥肠辘辘却又兴奋不已。 Eric finally made it to the top of the mountain,__________________. 2.伯纳深受约翰和其他男孩的鼓舞,对自己的计划充满信心。Bernard was greatly encouraged by John and other boys, ______________________.(形容词短语full of…作结果状语。)3.在直升飞机的帮助下,Mary安然无恙地出了森林,见到了她的丈夫。 With the help of the helicopter, Mary got out of the forest and saw her husband, ______________________. .hungry but excited  full of confidence in his plansafe and sound句型二: 形容词短语, +主谓……1.玛丽沉思着,靠着门静静地坐了20多分钟。 _______________, Mary had sat still against the door for more than 20minutes. 2.沮丧和无助,埃里克再也控制不住自己的情绪,哭了起来_______________, Eric couldn't control his emotion any longer and burst into tears. 3.埃里克很想知道里面发生了什么,他推开门,溜进了房子。 _______________________________________, Eric pushed the door open and slipped into the house.Deep in thoughtDepressed and helplessCurious to know what was happening inside请记住形容词作状语结构中常用的表示情感类的形容词。高兴的/开心的:happy,cheerful, joyful, delighted, pleased, overjoyed;激动的:excited,thrilled;满意的:content, satisfied;担心的:afraid, worried, anxious;沮丧的/失望的/绝望的:upset,low in spirits, disappointed, discouraged, depressed, frustrated, desperate;害怕的/恐惧的:afraid,fearful, frightened, terrified, scared;迷惑的:puzzled, confused;惊讶的:surprised,amazed, astonished, shocked;感动的:moved, touched;感恩的:thankful, grateful;自豪的:proud;疲惫的:tired,exhausted等。副词作状语技巧一:副词赋能动作描写,使表达更具活力1. 一到达Scout家, 那个年老的女人就急切地按门铃。 Arriving at Scout's home, the old woman _________________________.2.  他真诚地说:  “我母亲教导我,施以爱心,不图回报。” “My mother has taught me never to accept pay for a kindness,” _______________ . 3. 我默默地想:如果我听父母的话, 这就不会发生了。 “If I had listened to my parents, this would never have happened,” ______________. 4. 简在黑暗中不安地躺着, 非常想和汤姆还有她的家人在一起。________________________, Jane wanted very much to be with Tomand her family.  5.当被其他同学热烈地欢迎时, 她松了一口气。 _________________________________ , she felt relieved. eagerly rang the doorbellhe said sincerely.I thought silentlyAnxiously lying awake in the darkWarmly welcomed by other classmates①用情感副词或方式副词修饰动词,如:gratefully, hopefully, sadly, curiously,gently, quietly, hurriedly, tightly等,这类副词不仅修饰普通动词,还能修饰描写动作的现在分词和过去分词(例4和例5)。②副词常修饰一些对话和心理动词(例2和例3),这类动词有:say,shout, ask, think, remind等。技巧二:副词增强情感输出,突出画面感1.玛丽十分担忧,如坐针毡。 _______________________ , Mary felt like sitting on pins and needles. 2.另外两个骑行者看到三个男人被一只凶猛的狼威胁着,完全惊呆了。 The other two cyclists saw three men threatened by afierce wolf, _______________________________ . 点拨:续写中, 常用程度副词修饰表达人物感受的形容词。 Terribly/Quite/Extremely worried,absolutely/ completely/ totally shocked.技巧三:用句子副词衔接,增强行文连性 当所有人围着亚瑟时,他似乎十分担忧。最终,他意识到自己犯了错误。 When the people crowded around Arthur, he seemed quite worried. _______________________ . 常用的高频副词有:cheerfully, curiously, eagerly, excitedly, fiercely, firmly, joyfully, immediately, impatiently, restlessly, swiftly, suddenly等。如在体现动作的迅速时,可添加以下修饰语:suddenly, immediately, without pausing, without delay等。 Finally, he realized that he had made a mistake.                                                 状语从句在读后续写中的运用句型1:when 状语从句+主句 1.当男孩看到Poppy时,他冲向狗,弯下腰给她一个大大的拥抱。When the boy caught sight of Poppy, he rushed towards the dog and bent down to give her a big hug. 2. (2024年T8联考:电梯遇险) 当消防队员们把工具挤进狭窄的缝隙,把电梯门打开时,我感觉心里的大石头落下了。When the firefighters squeezed their tools into the narrow gap and hit the lift door open, I felt like a heavy load taken off my mind. =Only when......, did I feel like a ....升级:Only when 状从, did sb do sth 句型2: “一...就...”as soon as the moment/ the instant/the secondHardly had sb. done sth. when …No sooner had sb. done sth. than…【比赛类】他一踏上舞台,观众就爆发出了雷鸣般的掌声。The moment/As soon as he stepped on the stage, the audience burst into thunderous applause.Hardly had he stepped on the stage when the audience burst into thunderous applause.No sooner had he stepped on the stage than the audience burst into thunderous applause.(2021年新高考Ⅰ&Ⅱ卷) 母亲节早餐正当双胞胎失望地环顾四周时,他们的父亲出现了。 As the twins looked around them in disappointment, their father appeared.Just/ Right as句型3: as状语从句,主句。“一边…一边…;正当”→ [加强语气]Just as状从,主句。 1.(2022年新高考Ⅰ&Ⅱ卷:越野跑比赛)听到他的决定,我紧紧地抱住David,承诺说我会陪他到比赛结束。Hearing his decision, I hugged David tightly and promised thatI would accompany him until the competition came to an end.2.(2022浙江∙帮助无家可归的人)直到夜色熄灭了最后一缕阳光,我们才完成了社区服务。We didn’t finish our community service until the night wiped out the last ray of sun.2) Not until the night wiped out the last ray of sun3) It was not until the night wiped out the last ray of sun that we finished our community service.句型4: 主句, until状语从句。“直到” did we finish …拓展:①“直到…才…”:not…unitl… ②Not until … did sb. do … ③It was not until … that sb. did …1. Pappy 还没来得及多说一句,孩子的母亲就走了进来。Before Pappy had time to say another word, the child’ mother stepped in.2.没过多久,两人就在房子里玩耍,高高兴兴地互相追逐。It didn’ t take long before the two played around the house, cheerfully running after each other.句型5: Before状语从句, 主句。“在…之前” 拓展:It wasn’t long before ../It didn’t take long before ..“没过多久就…”句型6: so/ such … that …“如此…以至于”升级:So adj. was sb. that …2) (2020年新高考全国Ⅰ&Ⅱ卷) 爆米花救助穷人When he found that it was all to be his, _________________________ _____________________________ (他高兴得说不出话).3) (2022年新高考Ⅰ&Ⅱ卷) 越野跑比赛他尴尬得想从原地消失。He was so embarrassed that he wanted to disappear from the spot. → So embarrassed was he that he wanted to disappear from the spot. 1)【情绪描写句型】She was ____ touched and moved ______ her heart melted.sothathe was so delighted that hecould hardly utter a single word.句型7: Though/ Although/ Even though/Even if …, 主句。“虽然;尽管” 句型升级:adj. as sb. was, 主句1. (2022年新高考Ⅰ&Ⅱ卷) 越野跑比赛虽然David是最后一个,但看着David全场观众爆发出雷鸣般的掌声。Although David was the last one, the whole audience burst into thunderous applause.2. 【拾金不昧流浪汉】尽管他很饿,他还是忍住了吃东西的冲动。Although he was hungry, he resisted the urge to eat something.→ Hungry as he was, he resisted the urge to eat something.再见
