      This study surveyed 24,000 peple. Abut three in ten f them usually ate tw meals a day. The findings shwed that yunger peple, and thse with less educatin were mre likely t miss meals. Peple wh missed meals were als mre likely t smke mre, drink mre, eat less healthy fd, snack mre, and take in less energy verall.
      Cmpared t thse wh ate three meals regularly a day, participants (参与者) wh ate ne meal daily had a 30% higher risk f all-cause death and an 83% higher risk f cardivascular (心血管的) disease (CVD) death. Thse wh ate tw meals a day faced a 7% increased risk f all-cause death and a 10% higher risk f CVD death. Specifically, missing breakfast resulted in a 40% higher CVD death rate cmpared t thse wh didn’t. Missing lunch led t a 12% higher all-cause death risk, and nt eating dinner brught a 16% higher risk.
      Interestingly, even peple wh ate all three meals but had them t clse tgether faced risks. Eating tw meals within 4.5 hurs was als cnnected with a higher risk f death frm all causes. While sme think that intermittent (间歇) fasting is gd fr us, the researchers hld that regular meals are imprtant fr the bdy t wrk well and stay healthy.
