The study used infrmatin cllected frm mre than 28,000 seventh-grade Canadian students between 2014 and 2018. The students first answered questins abut their usage f screen time after schl, including hw much time they spent watching TV r smething else. Then, students reprted hw many days they had taken part in after-schl activities such as sprts r arts prgrammes. After that, researchers asked students t describe their state f mind.
