The study, published in Eclgy jurnal, measured flying insect numbers ver 15 summers between 2004 and 2024 in a remte muntain meadw in Clrad. The researchers bserved varius insects, including cmmn flies and many ther winged species. They fund that insect ppulatins drpped by 6.6% each year n average, resulting in a 72.4% decrease ver the 20-year perid.
