Grwing up in a Russian family, my fascinatin with languages grew thanks t my father, a language expert.
It’s during a cultural appreciatin class in junir high that I first intrduced t the wrld f Hng Kng films,
famus fr their characteristic actin-packed dramas and strytelling styles. Hwever, what really amazed me was
the uniqueness f the language, Cantnese, which sparked an urgent need within me t explre it and the rich culture behind. This marked the beginning f a thrilling linguistic(语言的) jurney.
Learning Cantnese psed challenges, such as unfamiliar characters, cmplex tnes, and different grammar
structures, but I insisted. Immersed in textbks and available nline curses, I practiced the tnes every day until
my prnunciatin flwed naturally. Cantnese dramas and music als played a rle in familiarizing me with its
rhythm.
T fully understand the spirit f Cantnese, I knew that studying alne wasn’t enugh — I needed firsthand
experience. S, I tk a gap year t pack my bags fr Hng Kng, a city featuring the lively heartbeat f Cantnese
culture. Buried in its busy streets and daily cnversatins, frm casual chats t fd rdering, I fund myself
surrunded in a linguistic wnderland. Within a few mnths, my Cantnese imprved dramatically, building up my
cnfidence.
My explratins extended beynd the streets. I gt invlved in frmal language classes that ffered
prfessinal guidance. Thrugh hard wrk, I successfully finished all the curses in Cantnese Linguistics. Frm
then n, I’ve been passinately cmmitted t spreading the Cantnese culture, ensuring its richness reaches a wider

cntrl the brain. During a vide demnstratin n Friday, Musk prvided details abut the system, called
Neuralink.
Musk says he hpes the technlgy can be used t treat nervus disrders and help spinal(脊椎的) injury
