1、陈述语气：用来陈述事实。有肯定、否定、疑问或感叹等形式。My father drve me t the village. （肯定）Peple dn’t like wars. （否定）What a strange-lking persn he is! （感叹）Are yu jking? （疑问）
2. 祈使语气：用来表示请求、命令或劝告。Sit dwn, please!Let me have a try.
3. 虚拟语气：表示说的话不是事实或不可能发生的情况，而是一种愿望、建议、假设等。
If Gd culd give me anther chance, I wuld tell the girl three wrds: I lve yu.”

主句中情态动词本身含义：culd 能；能够might 或许，可以wuld 会，愿意shuld 应该

情态动词（culd）+ 动词原形（run）
过去的动作对现在的影响

If I were yu, I wuld have gne t the party last night.如果她以前没有那么刻苦训练，她现在就不可能跑得这么快。
过去: 情态动词（wuld）+have dne
通过反事实假设表达对过去行为的看法（隐含 “你昨晚应该去派对” 的建议）
2.错综时间条件句（或混合条件句）
如果从句所假设的谓语动词发生的时间与主句所假设的谓语动词发生的时间不一致，这种条件句叫错综时间条件句（或混合条件句）。这时，主句和从句谓语动词形式依各自假设时间而定。
3. if 虚拟条件句的倒装：
规则 把从句中的were/had/shuld提前，省略if.
If yu had’t helped me, I shuld have failed.If he shuld have any time tmrrw, he wuld cme.If I were in yur psitin, I shuld g.If yu had arrived at the statin 10 minutes earlier, yu culd have caught the train.If it shuld rain tmrrw, I wuld nt g ut.

4. 宾语从句中的虚拟语气
现在：did/ were 过去：had dne将来：might/wuld/culd + d

第二种情况：在表示建议、命令、要求等动词后的宾语从句用（shuld）d常见动词：advice/ be eager (anxius) / insist / request/ demand/ suggest/ prpse/ ask/ recmmend/ require/ rder/ warn

5. 主语从句中的虚拟语气
① It is adj. that : （shuld）d  [shuld 很少省略]adj.  : natural/ imprtant/ necessary/ prper/ advisable/ strange/ surprising/ wnderful/ unusual

6. 表语从句中的虚拟语气
② as if/ thugh 引导表语从句，虚拟与wish相同He lks as if he ill. (be)It seemed as if he the truth. (knw)
注意：as if/ thugh 也引导状语从句，虚拟形式同上

9. 状语从句中的虚拟语气
