      “Bamb in the Rck,” is a Chinese pem by a man named Zheng Xie, ften called Zheng Banqia. He was brn in 1693. Besides being a great artist and pet, Zheng was als a gvernment wrker during a time in China called the Qing Dynasty. He didn’t like the unfair things he saw happening in the gvernment, s he started making art and writing pems abut things like bamb, which were easy t understand but had deep meanings.
      His pem paints a picture f bamb grwing strng even thugh it’s in a tugh spt, squeezed within rcks n a muntain. N matter what difficulties the bamb faces, like bad weather hitting it frm every side, it keeps standing up straight.
