      I'd like t share my ideas and I think they might help. First, be brave enugh t speak Chinese when we cmmunicate with thers. It's f great imprtance t be cnfident abut urselves. Chinese peple are very friendly, s we needn't be afraid f making any mistakes. Secnd, it's better t speak slwly and clearly. In this way, we can make urselves understd mre easily. What's mre, smetimes we can use drawings r pictures, and as we knw, peple use bdy language widely acrss cultures, and very ften it really wrks.

      Last term, I had a really hard time with my math studies. There were s many difficult prblems that I culdn't slve. I felt really upset and even wanted t give up. T deal with this prblem,I talked t my math teacher and jined a study grup with my classmates. My grades imprved, and I felt much happier and mre cnfident. When we have bad feelings, dn't keep them t urselves. First, we'd better talk t smene yu trust, like a teacher, parent, r friend. They can give us supprt and ideas. Besides, it's imprtant t find ways t relax, such as listening t music, ding sprts, r reading a bk. Remember, he wh cntrls his anger cntrls his life. We shuld face ur prblems and find slutins.
