M: That’s awesme. Have yu ever tried martial arts? I’ve been practicing Muay Thai fr a while, and it’s a fantastic cmbinatin f building strength and learning self-defense.
W: ⑮I take n interest in martial arts, but I’ve been cnsidering trying hiking. It seems like a wnderful way t cnnect with nature and get a gd wrkut.
M: Hiking is a fantastic chice. Well, ⑯have yu ever thught abut swimming? It’s a full-bdy wrkut and can be very refreshing. I highly recmmend yu t have a try.
W: I never learned t swim, but it sunds like a gd way t exercise. I might give it a try smetime.

W: ⑰Rumeysa Gelgi has held the recrd fr “the Wrld’s Tallest Living Wman” since 2021. Gelgi, wh stands 7 feet tall, frequently travels t share her stry, but never n an airplane. She is t tall t fit in a standard airplane seat. But thanks t Turkish Airlines, she finally experienced the magic f flying.
The histric 13-hur jurney, frm Istanbul, Turkey t San Francisc, Califrnia, ccurred in September 2022. ⑱Turkish Airlines remved 6 ecnmy seats t fit Gelgi’s custm stretcher. In the phts psted n the Internet, Gelgi is seen chatting with the airline staff and enjying a delicius chclate cake.
The Turkish resident’s first brush with fame came in 2014 when she was named “the Wrld’s Tallest Living Teenager”. Gelgi brke the recrd fr “the Wrld’s Tallest Living Wman” in Octber 2021. ⑲She brke 3 mre recrds in February 2022, namely “the Largest Hands n a Female Persn”, “the Lngest Finger n a Female Persn”, and “the Lngest Back n a Female Persn”.
Gelgi’s figure is caused by a rare genetic disrder called Weaver syndrme. Peple with the cnditin are usually very tall. Other symptms include limited mbility f the jints. They fall ver easily. Gelgi relies n a wheelchair t get arund, ⑳but she has learned t be prud f her differences. She says, “Every disadvantage can be turned int an advantage, s accept yurself fr wh yu are, be aware f yur ptential and d yur best.”
