Althugh we are getting better at knwing hw t priritize rest, there is still a necessity fr us t shape ur envirnment t enable this. We als have t cnsider the rle we play in helping ur lved nes t recver and refresh.

I had recently becme a junir pen water diver. I lnged t embrace diving fully and earn a new wetsuit with a “Seas the Day” lg n the chest, just like my family’s. It’s a pun (双关) n an ld saying “seize the day”, which means starting nw and grabbing pprtunity when and where yu find it!
Lucas tk me n shallw dives every day t help me cnquer my fear. One afternn, Lucas suggested, “Ella, let’s dive befre this evening’s tur grup arrives.” My heart punded dn’t-g, dn’t-g, dn’t-g with each beat. “Think f yur new diving suit!” Lucas encuraged. When we rse t the surface, my dad arrived with turists — evening divers and snrkelers (浮潜者). “Lucas and I will guide the divers fifty feet belw,” my dad annunced. “Snrkelers staying n the surface will be led by Rbbie, and Ella will help with anything the turists need n the bat.”
As sunset painted the hrizn, the divers drpped int the water ne by ne with my dad and Lucas. I leaned my arms n the edge f the bat, watching.
“Hey!” Rbbie shuted suddenly. “There’s a dlphin in truble belw. A fishing line gt tangled (缠绕) arund its pectral fin (胸鳍)! Lucas and dad frgt their knives. Can yu g? I can’t put n the diving suit fast enugh.”
I nearly refused, but the image f the desperate creature flashed in my mind. “I’ll try.” I called. I felt a little dizzy as I hurriedly checked my equipment. Rbbi e reassured me, “Yu’re gnna be fine. Just breathe slwly and regularly, OK?”

      【答案】
I ndded and jumped befre I changed her mind. Darkness surrunded me as I descended. I kicked tward a beam f light, fighting t steady my breaths. I finally saw a large dlphin with its pectral fin wrapped in a mess f line. My dad and Lucas held the animal gently, ndding fr me t cut it free. Me? Cut the fishing Line? Impssible. I was abut t give up when I felt the dlphin staring at me calmly, trustingly. I cleared my thughts. On the eighth slice, I pulled the tangle ff. The dlphin wiggled its free fin, ran tw circles arund us gracefully, and disappeared int the deep.
Back n the bat, cheers erupted. I beamed as I warmed up, enjying the rare privilege f rescuing a dlphin. “Ella’s the her f the night.” Lucas exclaimed, his eyes shining with pride. Rbbie gave me a big hug, and the turists applauded warmly. I blushed, feeling a mix f shyness and verwhelming jy. Just then, my dad apprached with a neatly flded diving suit. “Yu’ve prven yurself t be a true diver, Ella. This is yurs nw.” He said prudly. The lg “Seas the Day” was s bright and eye-catching that I culdn’t help but run my fingers ver it. I was finally ne f them — a diver ready t face the cean’s mysteries and challenges. “Seize the day”! I said t myself.
