上文“But that tired feeling may nt just be dwn t the quantity, r perhaps even the quality, f yur sleep.(但那
Because what yu tell yurself the next day abut hw yu slept, and abut hw much it
matters, can make a difference t hw yu perceive yur tiredness.(因为第二天你告诉自己关于你睡得如何,以
。故选 A。
下文“Decades f research has largely agreed that, in fact, psychlgical prcesses are likely the main driver
behind insmnia (失眠): ur sleep is disrupted when we’ re in a lifted state f psychlgical arusal, which ften
上文“Still, many f us wuld assume that, if we feel tired, it’s because we slept prly.(尽管如此,我们很多人还
合语境,“Tss and turn all night”和上文“we slept prly”相呼应,“feeling exhausted in the mrning”和上
But beynd that, try t adpt a less black-and-white apprach t sleep. Yu might remind yurself f times
that yu didn't sleep perfectly but still had a gd day, fr example.(但除此之外,试着对睡眠采取一种不那么非
That is, t cnsider it takes a lng prcess t adjust
instead f assuming that because yu've previusly had a bad day after a pr night's sleep, that is what will always
Relevant research als suggests fcusing n things that bst yur md in the mrning culd als g a
lng way twards imprving yur evaluatin f hw yu slept. Understanding mre abut hw sleep actually
