Scientists fund that middle-aged wmen wh ate mre fds packed with vitamins, minerals and antixidants (抗氧化物) had “yunger-lking” cells than thse wh had less healthy diets. Epel and her clleagues analyzed fd recrds f 342 wmen ver three days. The team then scred each wman’s diet based n hw clsely it fllwed varius established diets: While nutrient-rich diets were tied t slwed aging, added sugars seemed t cntrl the effect.
