As she std in frnt f the class, micrphne in hand, she fcused n the wrds the judge gave her. With a deep breath, she spelled them crrectly. The class applauded, and the judge smiled in apprval. Elsie smiled, feeling a sense f accmplishment unlike any ther. She had prven t herself that she was capable f mre than she ever imagined. It didn’t matter if she wn r lst; what mattered was that she had taken a step frward and shwn her true self.
