    The first thing yu can d t create healthy anger in yur children is t practice creating healthy anger in yurself. Once yu’re better at experiencing anger and expressing it in a healthy way, yu’ll be able t set a gd example fr yur kids.
    Stpping kids frm expressing their feelings is wrng. Yu may feel bad when yu believe yu are wrng. When children express their feelings and are tld that it’s nthing t cry abut, they cme t knw that they themselves are bad.
    We need t raise them in an envirnment where it’s safe t express feelings. Once yu feel mre cmfrtable with yur wn anger, yu can teach yur children why anger is a helpful feeling.
