Studies shw that students wh eat nutritius meals and wh exercise 60 minutes a day remain mre attentive during the schl day and experience imprved academic achievement and grades. This last “secret” weapn is nt t have ver-scheduled time. Make sure students knw hw t set realistic plans and hw t say n t tasks and activities that aren’t imprtant t them.
