（1）现在完成进行时的作用：表示动作从过去某个时刻开始一直持续到现在，甚至将来，强调 ② 。

三、现在完成进行时和现在完成时的区别
【观察】
They have been widening the rad.
他们在加宽马路。（但尚未完工）
They have widened the rad.
他们加宽了马路。（已完工）
③ Have yu been phning her lately？
你最近一直在给她打电话吗？
④ Have yu phned her lately？
你最近给她打过电话吗？

（1）现在完成进行时往往强调动作的延续，现在完成时往往强调动作的 ③ 。
