A Successful FailureArt expeditin t the Suth Ple with the great Sir Ernest Shackletn—this is the adventure that I have been dreaming f. And I was ready fr it. At the age f 19, I am fit and full f vigur. Hwever, when I applied t jin the expeditin, Shackletn turned me dwn because he thught I was t yung and wasn't qualified. But I was s enthusiastic abut the idea f ging alng with them that I secretly went abard his ship, the Endurance, and hid in a small cupbard...
