The researchers lked at 379 male and female business leaders in 30 cuntries acrss fields including banking, retail and technlgy. The managers tk IQ tests and each was rated (划分等级) n the leadership style and effectiveness by an average f eight cwrkers. The IQ psitively crrelated (相互关联) with ratings f leader effectiveness, strategy frmatin, visin and several ther characteristics—up t a pint.
