Willpwer helps us t keep studying and wrking hard. It allws us t say n t the extra sweet after a meal. We may nt achieve ur gals if we fail t cntrl urselves, s scientists have been studying willpwer fr many years.

Hwever, rinsing with the sugary water seemed t bring back vlunteers' lst willpwer, mre than the artificially sweetened water. This study shwed that nly the sugary rinse culd bring back self-cntrl.
Scientists believe that inspiratin is the reasn why self-cntrl is back. They believe the muth “senses” the carbhydrates in the muthwash, which may tell that a reward (奖励)is cming.
