Sanna Sevant, a physicist and plant physilgist at Ls Alams Natinal Labratry says that Herrera’s finding is exciting and culd cnfirm a risky plant survival strategy that has, until nw, nly been therized.

Parallel research by Maria Curtt de Lafaille and her team at the Icahn Schl f Medicine at Munt Sinai cnfirmed these findings, shwing an abundance f similar memry B cells in children with peanut allergies cmpared t thse withut.
