    Living in Iwa and trying t becme a phtgrapher specializing in landscape(风景)can be quite a challenge, mainly because the crn state lacks gegraphical variatin.
    Althugh landscapes in the Midwest tend t be quite similar,either farm fields r highways, smetimes I find distinctive character in the hills r lakes. T make sme f my landscape shts, I have travelled up t fur hurs away t sht within 10-minute time frame. I tend t travel with a few f my friends t state parks r t the cuntryside t g n adventures and take phts alng the way.
    Being at the right place at the right time is decisive in any style f phtgraphy. I ften leave early t seek the right destinatins s I can set up early t avid missing the mment I am attempting t phtgraph. I have missed plenty f beautiful sunsets/sunrises due t being n the spt nly five minutes befre the best mment.
    One time my friends and I drve three hurs t Devil’s Lake, Wiscnsin,t climb the purple quartz(石英) rck arund the lake. After we fund a crazy-lking rad that hung ver a bunch f rcks, we decided t phtgraph the scene at sunset. The psitin enabled us t lk ver the lake with the sunset in the backgrund. We managed t leave this spt t climb higher because f the spare time until sunset. Hwever, we did nt mark the rute(路线)s we ended up almst missing the sunset entirely. Once we fund the place, it was stressful getting lights and cameras set up in the limited time. Still lking back n the phts, they are sme f my best shts thugh they culd have been s much better if I wuld have been prepared and managed my time wisely.

    In a 2020 study, Andre Ndb fund peple tended t remember the extremes: bth attractive and unattractive faces. He acknwledged that ne suggested explanatin was that bth are characterised by distinctive features that prmte facial recgnitin when cmpared with faces f average attractiveness. But while distinctiveness is memrable, beauty is skin-deep. Accrdingly, the way yu are remembered by thers is ften nt abut what yu wear and hw yu lk but abut the way yu make peple feel.
    Prfessinal interactin can create psitive persnal memries. Adrie A.Kehler, in a piece entitled “In the Eye f the Behlder” (2017), fund that when asked t recall their best learning experience, many students discussed their memrable teacher. What made the teachers memrable? Accrding t the students, memrable qualities included nt nly teaching styles, but als interpersnal skills and psitive qualities such as a sense f humur.
    We can relate t the results f this study when recalling peple wh are memrable in ur wn lives. They are nt always peple wh we believed t be the smartest r mst believed, but ften thse wh made us feel the mst cmfrtable, and wh were mst interested in us. Sincere interest is uniquely attractive. Nt nly will yu remember what smene said, but they will als remember yu.
    Regardless f what we wear r hw we lk, we are always naturally mre appealing and apprachable when we fcus n thers and when we are genuine rather than simply sciable. Remember that, and thers will remember yu.

    Nwadays, researchers are trying t understand mre abut the crw’s brain and behaviur, specifically what it des when the birds see ne f their wn die. They react ludly t the dead, but the reasns aren’t entirely knwn. Amng the guesses is that they are murning; lsing a partner culd be a significant mment fr the scial animals. Crws place sticks and ther bjects n dead birds—a funeral f srts.
    “Crws have evlved t have these cmplex scial relatinships, and they have a big brain,” said Kaeli Swift, wh led the study.
    Hw big is a brain? Crws are similar t smart mammals, like dlphins and mnkeys, in brain-t-bdy prprtin(比例). They have been knwn t be prblem slvers and are amng the few animals recrded t use tls.
    In anther part f the experiment, using slightly radiactive tracers, researchers measured the brain activity f crws after they were shwn a dead bird. The scans shwed the sectin f the hippcampus—the part invlved in memry frmatin—light up at the sight f death. “In that particular situatin at least, that crw was learning abut a place, r a face, r a situatin and assciated it with that dead crw,” said Jhin Marzluff, the lead researcher.
