第一个情感万能句：T ne's +情绪名词，主句
这个句式，非常简单。属于入门级的情感描述句。主句是用来描述情绪产生的原因。首先我们来看例句：
T my surprise,Tm wn the first prize in the English Speech Cntest.令我惊讶的是Tm 居然获得了英语演讲比赛的第一名。
要想这个句子学好，必须积累情绪名词，比如：
【正态度】amazement惊奇, delight高兴, jy高兴, satisfactin满足，excitement兴奋,
【负态度】annyance烦恼, disappintment失望, hrrr恐怖, shame,羞耻 srrw悲伤,
【中性态度】puzzlement迷惑, regret后悔, relief欣慰, surprise/ amazement惊讶
下面我们把这个简单句型，进行升级。
【升级1】加强情绪的语气
比如我想要表达的是：非常令我吃惊的是，汤姆在英语演讲比赛中获得了一等奖。你可以这样写：Much / Greatly t my surprise, Tm wn the first prize in the English Speech Cntest.
也就是在t前面加上much, greatly，或者在名词前面添加great这个形容词：
T my great surprise, Tm wn the first prize in the English Speech Cntest.
【升级2】t the +情绪名词+ f sb（名词或者代词），比如我想要表达的是：
令他的父母感到吃惊的是，他在英语演讲比赛中获得了一等奖。
T the surprise f his parents, he wn the first prize in the English Speech Cntest.
这里把T my surprise改成了T the surprise f his parents ，本质上，是两种所有格的变换。
【升级3】情绪名词叠可以加使用。
比如我要表达：令他惊讶和高兴的是，他在英语演讲比赛中获得了一等奖
T his surprise and jy, he wn the first prize in the English Speech Cntest.
【升级4】：“t ne’s +情绪名词”位置可变换
这个短语的位置可以句首，句中，句末。请看下面例句：
I，t my surprise, fund that Tm wn the first prize in the English Speech Cntest
第二个情感万能句：
sb. felt a great sense f + 情绪名词+ welling up in sb’s heart and surging thrugh sb.
表示“某人感到一股强烈的在内心升腾、奔涌。”
这个万能句也可以用来描写情绪和心理，比句式结构比第一个句子要复杂，表现力也要更丰富。well up表示“涌出”，我们可以这样记忆well表示“好”以外，还可以表示“井”。“涌出”是用到了“井”这个含义。surge表示“汹涌”。这个句子的亮点是后半句welling up in sb’s heart and surging thrugh sb.，把情绪的描写形象化，具体化了。我们先来看两个例句：
举例：Sunny 感到一股强烈的恐惧，在她心中升腾，奔涌。
Sunny felt a great sense f hrrr welling up in her heart and surging thrugh her.
举例2：Jessica感到一股强烈的嫉妒，在她心中升腾，奔涌。
Jessica felt a great sense f jealusy welling up in her heart and surging thrugh her.
（jealus嫉妒的，jealusy是“嫉妒”的名词形式。）
我们再来看看，这个句型还可以如何拓展升级。非常简单，就是加上非谓语动词，在不同的位置，发挥的作用不同。
升级一：句首可以加上ding sth，表示这种情绪产生的原因。
举例：看到一把斧子破门而入 ，Sunny感到一股强烈的恐惧在内心升腾，奔涌
Seeing an ax piercing thrugh the dr, Sunny felt a great sense f hrrr welling up in her heart and surging thrugh her.
升级二：句尾可以加上ding sth，表示这种情绪产生后的结果。
请看下面的例句：
杰西卡感到一种强烈的嫉妒感在她心中涌出来，把罐头扔向女人。
Jessica felt a great sense f jealusy welling up in her heart and surging thrugh her ,thrwing the can at the wman.（这句话里的can是名词，罐头。）
What+情绪动词+sb +was +that从句
What 主语从句描述情绪，that表语从句描述情绪产生的原因，在续写里我通常和学生说的是故事发展情节。

平庸版：He was sad.
进阶表达：
不同的哭：cry 哭（泛指，哭出声） sb 呜咽，啜泣 wail 嚎啕大哭 weep 小声/无声流泪
burst int tears 放声大哭 fight back tears 抑制住泪水
be clse t tears / be n the verge f tears 快要哭了 be in tears 含泪
