根据第三段中“Yu can pet a lamb, and watch the diving dgs and many farm animal shws.”(你可以抚摸羊羔,观看潜水犬和许多农场动物表演。)
根据Tickets and Pricing中“Family pass (2 adults & up t 3 yuth)-US$25”(家庭通票(2名成人和最多3名青少年)- 25美元)可知,对夫妇有两个16岁以下的孩子,他们至少要付25美元入场费。故选B项。
根据Exhibitin Times中“Saturday, August 27, 2022-10 am t 7 pm”(2022年8月27日(星期六)上午10点至晚上7点)以及Admissin and Re-entry中“All persns MUST have a valid and visible wristband r pass t enter, re-enter r remain n the Exhibitin Grunds.”(所有人员必须持有有效且可见的腕带或通行证才能进入、重新进入或停留在展览场地内。)
根据第一段的“And a hand—shaped rbt called “Pepe”, which encurages kids t wash their hands, has helped pupils at a remte Indian primary schl t develp habits f persnal hygiene (卫生).(一个叫“Pepe”的手形机器人鼓励孩子们洗手,它帮助印度一所偏远小学的学生养成了个人卫生习惯。)”
根据第二段的“A small vide screen behind the green plastic Pepe acted as a “muth”, allwing researchers t tele—perate the rbt t speak t the pupils and draw their attentin t the pster utlining the steps f effective hand—washing.
根据第三段的“The rbt helped pupils wash their hands mre effectively, increasing their rates f hand—washing by 40 percent. Pupils spent twice as lng washing their hands after Pepe’s arrival. And mre than 95% f the students culd crrectly determine when hand—washing with sap has t be dne—befre a meal and after a visit t the tilet.(这个机器人帮助学生更有效地洗手,洗手率提高了40%。
    7.答案:A
根据最后一段的“He said, “We were delighted by the success f Pepe’s visit t this primary schl. The children were excited t interact with this relatively simple machine, which was clearly gd fr keeping their hands clean. Dr. Bhavani frm Amrita University said,” AMMACHI (Amrita Multi Mdal Applicatin and Cmputer Human Interactin) Labs have taken multi plans t address cmmn challenges facing lw—incme rural cmmunities in India and wrldwide using technlgy.”(他说:“我们对佩佩访问这所小学的成功感到高兴。 故选A项。
通读全文,尤其是文章第一段“A small grup f palentlgists (古生物学家) recently dis-cvered 10 species f ancient mammals previusly unknwn t science with the help f an enrmus number f helpers at their dig site: ants. ,第二段最后一句“‘The ants are nt fantastic when they ‘re biting yu,’ said Samantha Hpkins, a prfessr f Earth Sciences at the University f Oregn. ‘But I’ve gt t appreciate them because they make my jb a whle lt easier.’
    9.答案:A
根据文章第二段第一句“The study f ancient mammals sheds new light n the diver-sity f mammals that existed in Nrth America arund 33 millin t 35 millin years ag,when the climate was changing drastically. 故选A项。
根据第三段第三、四句“The ants have been knwn t travel ver a hundred feet frm their caves and t dig six feet deep in pursuit f materials that help secure their caves. The materials include fssils. ,第四段第二句“Fr ver a century, scientists like Dr. Hpkins have fund sediment (沉积物) ff the sides f harvester ant hills in search f these fssils, making it easier t find large numbers f fssilized mammal teeth withut spending hurs in the field sifting thrugh sand and dirt.
