（3）困难处境1.As the ecnmy was in decline(经济衰退), sme peple in the twn had lst their jbs. 第二步：助人过程呈现（想到办法+动作链）
（1）突然有了一个想法典型：某人想到/明白...; 有了主意1. It suddenly ccurred t sb that 从句=It hit sb that 从句=It struck me that 从句 =It dawned n sb that 从句2. (idea, thught...) ccurred/came t sb.= int ne's mind= in ne's mind3. One's mind began t race
（2）动作链 Then he gt a saw (锯子) frm the truck and cut a sectin ut f a big lg n the side f the rad. We rlled it ver and put his jack n tp, and we were in business.然后他从卡车上拿到了一把锯子（锯子），从路边的一根大木头上砍了一段。我们把它翻过来，把他的杰克顶放在上面，我们开始做生意。【八省联考】
第三步：皆大欢喜结局（感激+感动+升华）

一、帮助他人之后I smiled back in tears. Nt until that mment did I realize what big difference ne small gesture had made t him. I even saw his Mm and Dad lking at me and smiling that same grateful smile. It dawned n me that never shuld we underestimate the pwer f ur actins. With ne small gesture we can change a persn's life. 二、发生误解之后As she reached in her baggage, she gasped with surprise. At that mment, in her sight came the packet f ckies, which had beenjust bught by her, unpened at all. Ashamed and feeling like a thief, she finally gt that the ckies were nt hers but belnged t the man sitting next t her, wh had calmly ffered t share his last ckie with her.A sudden rush f shy bld filling the face, she instinctively lk arund with the hpe f finding the very man t make an aplgy.当她伸手拿行李时，她惊讶地喘了一口气。就在这时，她看到了她刚买的一包饼干，根本没有打开。她感到羞愧，感觉自己像个小偷，终于明白了这些饼干不是她的，而是属于坐在她旁边的男人，他平静地提出和她分享他的最后一块饼干。脸上突然涌满了害羞的鲜血，她本能地环顾四周，希望能找到那个男人来道歉。
三、接收礼物之后I was stpped by my mther's eager,jyful lk."Let's see what it is, hney. Hurry and pen it."It was a blw dryer. Thugh this may seem but a simple gift, t me it was s much mre. Being an eleven-year-ld girl, I was stunned.In my wrld, where receiving lately utweighed giving, my mm's act f selflessness was incmprehensible. It was a huge act Tears filled my eyes and I thught in disbelief abut hw much my mm must lve me t give up her Christmas s-culd have a few mre presents.我被我母亲急切而快乐的目光拦住了。“让我们看看那是什么事吧，亲爱的。赶快打开它。“那是一个吹风机。虽然这似乎只是一份简单的礼物，但对我来说，它更多了。作为一个11岁的女孩，我惊呆了。在我的世界里，最近接受的东西超过了付出，我妈妈的无私行为是不可理解的。这是一个巨大的表演，眼泪充满了我的眼睛，我不相信我妈妈一定是多么爱我才能放弃她的圣诞节，所以可以再有几份礼物。
四、老师的帮助Miss Walker smiled and asked the class t listen t Jenny's speech first.Jenny walked slwly t the frnt. She culdn't think prperly.All rund her,a sea f faces was watching. She felt s frightened and the watch didn't seem magical at all. Suddenly she saw Miss Walker's encuraging eyes. Jenny tk a deep breath."I'm ging t talk abut swimming…" Ten minutes later the whle class std up applauding Jenny's wnderful speech.Jenny smiled as she eventually realized the real surce f cnfidence.沃克老师笑了笑，让全班同学先听珍妮的演讲。 珍妮慢慢地走到前面。 她无法正常思考。 她的四周，一片面海在看着。 她感到很害怕，手表看起来一点也不神奇。 突然，她看到沃克小姐鼓励的眼睛。 珍妮深深地吸了一口气。 十分钟后，全班同学起立为珍妮的精彩演讲鼓掌。 珍妮笑了，因为她最终意识到了自信的真正来源。
五、陌生人的帮助We gt up and tgether walked back t the car. The man grabbed the wheel with ne hand and a spanner with the ther. With an utburst f shut, the tyre was sened up."Yu just need a bit f effrt. Haha!" Gerge and I std there dumbfunded watching him finishing the whle jb, gratitude and admiratin rushing in my heart. The knt that had been tired up by the pain in my ft, the cld saking rain and the stubbrn flat tyre was lsened up t,in the warm tea frm the wman, the heric shut f the man, the muntain view in the distance and the jy f being alel t set ff again.我们站起来，一起走回到车里。那个人用一只手抓住轮子，另一只手抓住扳手。大叫一声，轮胎亮了。“你只需要付出一点努力。哈哈哈！”我和乔治呆地站在那里看着他完成整个工作，感激和钦佩在我心中涌动。我脚的疼痛、冰冷的雨和顽固的平轮胎也松开了，在女人温暖的茶里，男人的英雄呐喊，远处的山景，还有比加莱尔再次出发的喜悦。
