When did Chinese civilizatin (文明) start? After mre than 20 years f research, Chinese researchers have their wn answers.
China’s natinal prject t study the rigins (起源) f Chinese civilizatin started in 2002. Abut 400 researchers acrss the cuntry have taken part in the prject.
Accrding t their findings, Chinese civilizatin can date back mre than 5,000 years based n research dne n many f the cuntry’s ruins (废墟), China Daily reprted.
Fr example, Liangzhu site in Hangzhu, Zhejiang Prvince, dates back 5,300 years. It is the ruins f a capital-level city.
