一、基本格式
书面通知又称为通告或布告(Ntice)，是部署工作、传达事情、召开会议所使用的一种文体。其格式如下：
1.标题。书面通知要在正文的正上方写上Ntice或大写NOTICE。
2.正文。即通知的内容。
3.落款。书面通知要标明通知的时间和单位名称。书信式通知的日期可写在右上角；布告式通知的时间一般放在正文的左下角，要低于落款(单位名称)。
二、常用表达
1.开头用语
(1)May I have/call yur attentin，please?
请大家注意一下，好吗？
(2)Attentin，please，everybdy！
请大家注意！
(3)I have an annuncement t make.
我有一件事情要宣布。
(4)I have smething t tell yu.
我要告诉大家一些事情。
2.正文部分常用语

三、案例展示
