The study’s senir authr, Tracy Klbe Alexander said they fund a marked difference in the results between the tw grups. The 45 participants tk cgnitive assessment test befre and after the 12-week prgram and the gaming grup shwed imprvements in cgnitive ability. All the participants had reprted mild frms f memry lss but nne had any frm f dementia (痴呆) diagnsed when the experiment was dne. Hwever, the participants using Xbx shwed physical imprvement particularly in aspects such as strength and balance, which the researchers said were very imprtant t preventing falls.
