Students will be able to answer the question in the form, She is..... / He is.....
Students will be able to complete g and h stroke order worksheet.
Student will become more comfortable pronouncing 3-letter words by playing CVC card matching game.
Materials:
CVC cards ('i'middle sound)
G and h worksheets
sentence ppt
Teaching:
1.review on family vocabulary ( 5mins)
Students review on the words learned from last lesson on carpet area.
2.Sentence practise using family vocabulary ( 10mins)
students try to use the words in a sentence form, " Who is she?" --> "she is... "
3.'i' CVC card game ( 15mins)
Students focus on sounding out CVC words through this game.
-if there is time left, play a CVC practice quiz video --> students come up to the board and point at the answers and sound them out correctly.
4. 'g'and 'h'stroke order Worksheet ( 10mins )
5.Clean up ( 5mins)
