三、难点句型解析。
1.Look at that giraffe. 看那只长颈鹿。
【解析】look的用法：
(1) look at常用于提醒别人看向某人或某物。其句型为：Look at＋the/this/that/...＋人/物.
例句：看这只鸟。Look at the bird.
(2) look还可以单独成句。当我们要引起他人注意时，可以直接用“Look!”。
例句：看！一只大象！Look! An elephant!
2.It’s so tall! 它真高！
【解析】描述动物外形特征的句型
句型结构：It’s(＋so)＋表示特征的形容词.
It’s是It is的缩写， It也可以直接换成动物。
例句：这只猴子真可爱。 —The monkey is so cute.
它真肥。—It’s so fat.
多个特征的表达：
当动物同时具备几个特征时，可用and(和；又)连接几个形容词，and放在最后一个形容词前，表示“又……又……”。
例句：这只长颈鹿又高又瘦。
The giraffe is tall and thin.
3.It has a short tail.它有一条短尾巴。
【解析】描述身体部位特征的句型
一、如何描述单数的身体部位
句型结构：“It has a/an＋形容词＋单数身体部位.”。
例句：It has a big mouth.它有一个大嘴巴。
二、如何描述复数的身体部位
句型结构：“It has ＋形容词＋复数身体部位.”
例句：It has small eyes.它有小眼睛。
易错点提示：如果要描述的身体部位多于一个时，要用名词的复数形式，且has后面不加a /an。
例句：It has four legs.它有4条腿。
4.“It’s (so)...!” 和 “It has...”句型的辨析
“It’s (so)...!”用来描述动物的外在特征，如高矮胖瘦等，其中be动词随着主语而变化。
例句：The giraffe is tall. 长颈鹿高。
“It has...”主要用来描述动物身体上的各个部分，属于身体本身，如五官等。
例句：It has a long tail. 它有一条长尾巴。
