教学目标： At the end of the class, the students will be able to: 1.learn to talk about consequences. 2.learn to use first conditional if + will. 3.learn to use present progressive as future.
教学重点： 1. Key vocabulary: let...in 2. Key sentences: a . If you go to the party with Karen and Anna,you will have a good time. b. If you wear jeans to the party,the teachers won't let you in. c. If you do, you will be sorry.
教学难点： The usage of if -clause.

Step 2 Presentation (PPT 12)		Work on 1a. 1. Call attention to the chart in 1a. Ss read the four statements in the left column. 2. Ask Ss to match the statements with the pictures [a-d]. 3. Step 3 Listening (PPT 13-14)		Work on 1b. 1. Play the tape for Ss to listen to 1b. 2. Listen and complete the responses in 1a. 3. Describe what the consequences according to 1b. 4. After listening, translate the sentences.				播放听力一遍后，完成1b。利用该句型谈论条件发生时，会出现的结果。提高学生的听力水平，为2a和2b的听力打好基础。
