    thugh.
The researchers fund further evidence(证据)f this effect in survey data gathered n 285

less familiar with the dgs were asked t evaluate(评估)the animals ‘trainability’ by answering
questins n bedience and hw quickly cmmands were respnded(反应)t.
Again, the caregivers ranked their dgs as less bedient at eight mnths ld cmpared with
five mnths ld r 12 mnths ld. The trainers reprted that bedience increased between the
ages f five mnths and eight mnths.
    32. What is the functin f the first sentence in the first paragraph?
    A. T raise a prblem f teenagers.
    B. T lead t the main tpic f the passage.
    C. T give the backgrund infrmatin f the passage.
    D. T generalize the whle passage.
    33. What is true accrding t the passage?

    C. Dgs f 8 mnths tend t listen t a stranger nly.
    D. Dgs’ wners may find it mre challenging t cntrl the dgs f 8 mnths.
