【Teaching procedures】教学步骤
Warming-up:(音乐和音乐会热身)
Step1:播放开场音乐《Trouble is a friend》, 引出本单元标题Unit 9 I like music that I can dance to,分开来口述,“I like music ,I can dance to the music, so I like music that I can dance to, Let us enjoy a concert together.”
Step2:播放《女子十二坊》的音乐会视频,向学生展示中国不同乐器的齐奏,初步感受乐器的独特和音乐的魅力。
一.Leading –in :(名曲欣赏导入)
Step1:视频结束,展示中国特色乐器的图片,提问学生:“Do you know these Chinese musical instruments?(中国乐器)”,学生逐一作答。带领学生对中国乐器进行初步了解。
Step2:分别播放琵琶名曲片段《十面埋伏》, 古筝名曲片段《高山流水》,葫芦丝名曲片段《月光下的凤尾竹》,让学生在静静地听中猜测乐器名及名曲名,提问学生:“Do you know the name of the music? What is the name of the musical instrument?”最后播放二胡名曲《二泉映月》,导出本课时中心话题。
二.Presentation: (从标题和插图入手,呈现Main Topic,从浏览,略读,精读,由浅入深,逐层递进,理解文章大意)
Step1:二胡名曲《二泉映月》片段欣赏完毕后,提问学生:1.What’s the musical instrument in this music?(Erhu)2.How do you feel about it? (I feel sad but beautiful)导出文章标题.
Step2: Scan the passage and find the answer.快速浏览文章,回答问题,找出中心人物和事物
1. Who does the passage mainly talk about? ( A folk musician.A master!!! ) 2. What’s the name of his most famous piece of music?( Erquan Yingyue)
Step3: Skim the passage and match the paragraphs with the simple titles.略读文章,选出段落小标题。Para1--- Erquan Yingyue and I
Para2--- Abing ’s life
Para3--- Abing’s music
Step4:由第一段的信息: I was moved by Erquan Yingyue.引出:Why was I moved by Erquan Yingyue? 正式进入第一段的细读。提问:Why “I was moved by Erquan Yingyue”? Underline the reasons. 课件展示第一段部分句型:作者被二泉映月打动的原因。
Step5:紧扣第一段的重点单词:cried, sadness, look up,导出问题:Do you know why there is sadness in the music? 正式进入第二段的细读。
Step6:提问并根据段落内容选择(与中考接轨)

导出问题2.What was Abing’s hard life like?对第二段进行细节捕捉。提醒学生注意本段中的时间节点,找出相对应的事件,即阿炳在不同的时间段所经历的不同遭遇,课件展示。
Step7: 由问题:Now ,do you understand the sadness in the music?总结出:Abing lived a hard life. 课件展示Para1: Erquan Yingyue and I--- moved
Para2: Abing’s life--- a hard life Para3:带着问题正式进入文章第三段的学习。
Step8: According to Paragraph3 ,which statement is FALSE? ( )(与中考阅读接轨,整体感知段落大意,判断段落细节正误)

Step2: 由文章末尾段的点睛之笔“Its sad beauty not only paints a picture of Abing’s own life but also makes people recall their deepest wounds from their own sad or painful experiences.”得出:音乐能给人带来共鸣。
