从上面的例子可以看出,状语从句种类繁多,一般可分为9大状语从句:时间/地点/原因/方式状语从句(帮助记忆:when/where/why/hw);目的/结果状语从句;条件/让步状语从句;比较状语从句。初中阶段主要掌握:时间状语从句、条件状语从句、原因状语从句、结果状语从句、目的状语从句、让步状语从句、方式状语从句。
三、if 引导的条件状语从句
If是连词,表示假设或条件,意为 ____________________,表示将会发生和可能发生的事,或进行提醒警告。引导条件状语从句,既可放在主句_____,也可放在主句_____。若if条件句放在句首,从句后面要加______与主句隔开。
“如果;假如;倘若”

If条件状语从句的复合句中主从句的时态
if引导的条件状语从句要遵循“主将从现”的规则。即if引导的条件状语从句,主句用一般将来时(用will形式,不能用be ging t形式),从句用一般现在时。
❶ 主句是一般将来时,从句用一般现在时。
如:If I g t the party, I’ll have a great time.
I’ll have a great time if I g t the party.
句子结构:If+从句,主句.=主句+if+从句.
如:If yu eat bad fd, yu may fall ill.
❷ 主句谓语含有情态动词may/might/can/ must/shuld 等,从句用一般现在时。
If the traffic lights are red, yu must stp and wait.
Yu can pass the exam if yu wrk hard.
❸ 如果主句是祈使句,那么从句通常要用一般现在时。 (即主祈从现)
如:If the light is red, wait fr a minute.

④表示真实条件、客观真理、自然现象、定理定义、 民间谚语等,句型是:If + 句子 (一般现在时 ),+ 主句(一般现在时). (即主现从现)
必然的结果the result that will certainly happen

注意:1.If 还可以用于宾语从句中,表示“是否”,相当于 whether,引导宾语从句,时态需根据语境确定。如:I dn't knw if he will cme tmrrw. If he cmes,I will tell yu.我不知道他明天是否会来。如果他来,我就会告诉你。(前一个if表示“是否”,引导宾语从句; 后一个if表示“如果”,引导条件状语从句)
有些句子可与含if的条件状语从句互相转换。
❶ 有if引导的条件状语从句的复合句中,当主句和从句的主语均为yu时,可转换为“祈使句,and+简单句”或“祈使句,r(否则)+简单句”
如:If yu study hard, yu’ll pass the exam easily.
