In the Han dynasty (206 BC-220 AD) eating dumplings became a custm in the capital city f Chang'an (present-day Xi'an in Shanxi Prvince).
Peple believed that eating dumplings n New Year’s Eve brings gd luck and happiness. Later, when peple gt married r gave birth t a child, they usually treated their guests with Chinese dumplings.     First, make the filling. Yu can chse yur favrite meat, chp it up and mix it with chpped vegetables. Meanwhile yu shuld put in salt, sy sauce, pepper, etc. t get yur favrite flavr. Stir the ingredients in a cntainer.    
Secnd, make the dugh. Yu shuld put sme flur in a cntainer, pur water hit by bit, stir it s as t make it sticky.
