There be 结构表示人或事物的存在，句子中往往带有地点或时间状语。其中 there 是引导词，本身没有具体的意义； be 是谓语动词，其后面的名词是句子的主语。
1. There + be 结构中，谓语 be 的形式应与后面主语 的数保持一致。 主语是单数时，用is: There is a big park near my hme. There is a bk n the desk.

2. 在否定句中，使用be动词的否定形式is nt (isn’t) 或are nt (aren’t) ： There isn’t a supermarket near my hme. There aren’t any museums in the city.
3. 在疑问句中，将be动词提前，并用there is, there isn’t , there are或there aren’t回答： Is there a big park near yur hme? Yes, there is. / N, there isn’t. Are there any museums in the city? Yes, there are. / N, there aren’t.
