There are lots of famous writers in China, such as Han Han, Shen Shixi, Guo Jingming and so on. But among(在…当中) them, my favourite one is Mo Yan. He was born in Gaomi, Shandong Province(省份) in 1955. His real name is Guan Moye. Mo Yan is his pen name, It means "no speaking". He began writing at the age of 26 and his novel (小说) The Frog won the Mao Dun Literature Prize (文学大奖) in 2011.

In 2012, Mo Yan won the Nobel Prize (诺贝尔奖) in Literature. He is China’s first man to win this prize. Mo Yan became one of the most famous writers in China. I’m proud of (感到骄傲) him because I like writing. I want to be a writer like him.
