一、教学目标 

1.能够听、说、认、读、nineteen、crayon 、fifteen 、begin、give out、all right、thirteen、fourteen、sixteen、seventeen、eighteen、nineteen、floor。

2.掌握there are only nineteen crayons.But there are twenty children in the class.

3.培养学生认真观察的习惯，并能在实际生活中积极用英语进行交流。

二、教学重难点 

 1.能够听、说、认、读、nineteen、crayon 、fifteen 、begin、give out、all right、thirteen、fourteen、sixteen、seventeen、eighteen、nineteen、floor。

2.掌握句型“there be...。But there are...”

3.注意单词的发音。

三、教学过程

1. warming up

复习Review the words of1-12

3. presentation

（1）教师展示PPT，学生认读新单词。对于发音不准的单词给与纠正。

（2）单词对比：数字3-9分别于13-19进行对比。说说它们的特点，并发现有什么规律。

（3）向学生解释13-19词尾加后缀teen和注意13,15,18的拼写形式。

（4）练习数字13-19。在PPT上展示数字13-19，请同学起来用英语表达出来。

（5）播放活动2的动画，让学生看动画，初步了解课文内容，第二次播放动画进一步理解语境并回答问题

1:How many children are there in the class?

2:How many crayons did Ms Smart buy yesterday?

（6）教师解读课文并对there are only nineteen crayons.But there are twenty children in the class重点解释。

（7）全班学生齐读。

4.practise

学生练习”there are... But there are...”完成活动4practise,老师用第一幅图举例，分组进行练习
