there be句型的一般现在时和一般过去时的用法

There be...句型，表示“某地或某时有某物或某人”，其结构为There be（is,are,was,were） +某物/某人 +某地/某时.

there is +单数或不可数名词
there are+可数名词复数

一般疑问句：There be结构的一般疑问句变化只需要把be 动词移到句首， 再在句尾加上问号即可。肯定回答：Yes,there is/ are/was/were.否定回答：N, there isn't/aren't/ wasn't/weren't.
