Furthermore, speaking the second language also allows people to experience other cultures and customs more effectively.Local expressions, vocabulary, and even jokes can have a powerful effect on a person's understanding of other culture.So knowing more than one language increases your knowledge of other cultures.

Finally, having more multi­language speakers improves relationships between countries.If  people from different countries can communicate well, the world can become closer.Countries will then have more respect for each other and better understand each other's problems.

The benefits of knowing more than one language are clear.In fact, there are no disadvantages.It is very sad that many people don't try to learn another language.It's even worse when people let themselves forget their mother language and become silenced.

We have to accept (接受) the truth: sometimes, we just want to shout out loud.

For example, we all have days like this: our dog has made a mess on the floor we just cleaned, or our friend called to tell us he or she couldn't come at the last minute when we had cooked dinner for him or her.We may be really angry but we tried to bear things like those.According to ancient Chinese wisdom (智慧)．We should shout in a loud voice instead of keeping silent.In fact, it's good for our health.

Dr.Peter Calafiura, an American doctor, agrees that shouting can have a positive influence on people's health.
