Yu may wnder whether it is true. 你可能想知道这是否是真的。
Language pints:
whether/if意为“是否”，引导原来为一般疑问句的宾语从句，后面用陈述句语序。 e.g. 我们不知道明天是否会下雨。

2. Clurs can make us feel happy r sad, energetic r sleepy. 颜色能使我们感觉快乐或悲伤，精力充沛或昏昏欲睡。
make后可接“宾语+宾语补足语”的结构，该补足语可以由名词、形容词、(不带t的)动词不定式或过去分词充当。 e.g. 我们让他当我们的班长。 这个笑话使我们开怀大笑。

3. It can cheer yu up when yu are feeling sad. 当你感到难过时，它可以使你振作起来。
cheer … up “使振作起来”，如果是名词作宾语可放中间，也可放后面；如果是代词作宾语，代词只能放中间。 e.g. 我写那首歌是为了使自己振作起来。

be f sme/great/n help t sb. “对某人有些/极有/没有帮助”，类似help的词还有value/imprtance/use等，等于be helpful t sb。 e.g. 他的建议对我来说没有帮助。 学好英语对我们来说有很大的重要性。

6. Wearing red can als make it easier t take actin. 穿红色也可以更容易采取行动。
make/find it adj. (fr sb) t d sth. “使/发现（某人）做某事 ……” ，it为形式宾语，真正的宾语为t d sth, adj为宾补。 e.g. 我发现两天内完成那项工作很难。
