Step One 观察与归纳

Before he moves into the flat, he will clean it.

They had finished the work before I got there.

归纳：before 作为连词或介词，引导时间状语从句，既可放在       ，也可以放在        ，如果从句放在主句之前，一般要用         把它与主句隔开。

连接两个表示将来的动作是，主句用           ，从句用              。

Have you ever been here before?作副词，意为     ，多与现在完成时和过去完成时连用。

I was the first one to get there. Helen arrived after a few minutes.

Let’s wait a little longer, Kitty will arrive in a few minutes.

after 可以表示以过去或将来某一时间为基准的“ …时间之后”。

若以现在为基准则用           ， 常与将来时连用。

I will wait here until / till you tell me the truth.

Until I told him, he knew nothing.

Till / until 作介词或从属连词，意为“直到…” till 引导的状语（从句）不可以放在句        ，而until引导的状语（从句）则可放在句       或句           。其后接时间状语从句时，如主句用           ，从句要用          代替将来时。

He didn’t know anything until I told him .

till/until 引导时间状语从句，如主句谓语是瞬间动词，只能用否定句，常用              ，表示“直到…才…”。

Step Four 难点突破

1. 可以修饰比较级的词much，a lot，far, a little，a bit, even, still…

2. 形容词最高级前通常                 ，副词最高级前                。
