Liang Sicheng is called the “father f mdern Chinese architecture”. 2021 is the 120th anniversary(周年纪念) f his birth.
Liang studied architecture in the US. In 1928, he returned t China with a strng interest in Chinese architecture. He was a pineer in the histrical research and explratin(探索) f Chinese architecture and city planning.
